By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

3. Products & Availability
 
All products are produced in limited quantities using leftover or rescued yarns.
As a result:

• Colours and styles may be limited

• Products may not be restocked once sold out

• Minor variations may occur due to the nature of materials used

Product images are for illustrative purposes. We aim to display colours accurately but cannot guarantee exact colour reproduction across devices.


4. Prices & Currency

• All prices are displayed in Danish Krone (DKK)

• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected

 

 

 

5. Payments

 

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

 

 

 

6. Orders & Acceptance

 

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product availability

• Errors in pricing or product information

• Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

 

 

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

 

We currently deliver within Denmark only.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or force majeure events.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

 

 

 

8. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Returned items must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Include original packaging where possible

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
