We hope you love your EchoByJMG piece as much as we loved making it — but if it’s not quite right, that’s okay.You can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.We want the process to feel simple, sustainable, and stress-free.

Returns that care for the planet

The packaging your order arrives in is designed with purpose — it doubles as your return envelope, so there’s no need for extra plastic or new boxes.
Just reuse it, reseal it, and send your item back to us.

Every return helps us close the loop and reduce waste, one parcel at a time.

Return Step by Step

We handle returns and exchanges through our Returns Portal for Denmark.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal (link).

  2. Enter your order number and email address.

  3. Select Refund or Exchange and follow the on-screen steps.

  4. Reuse your original packaging, include your despatch note, and drop it off at your local courier point.

Once received at our fulfilment centre, your return is processed within 5 business days, and your refund will reach you within 14 business days, depending on your bank.

 

A small DKK 30 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.

Exchange or refund

If you’d like to swap for a different design or colour, we’ll happily offer an exchange, subject to stock availability.

  • If your new item costs more, you can easily top up the difference before we ship the replacement.

  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference back to your original payment method.

  • We’ll cover the shipping cost for your exchange item — your replacement will be delivered free of charge.

If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take up to 14 business days once your return is received.

Return conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be sent from the same country the order was delivered to.

  • Please include your despatch note inside the parcel so we can identify your order quickly.

Something not right?

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so we can sort it out straight away.
