Our Copenhagen fulfilment centre ships out all orders placed by 12:00 noon Mondays~Fridays.

Orders usually delivered within 2 working days.

We offer free delivery across Denmark.

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 14 days.

Items should be unused and returned in original condition. New/unused items are refunded to the original method; lightly tested items may be eligible for store credit. Final-sale items aren’t returnable.

There’s a short window (about 60 minutes) after purchase. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel the order. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes aren’t possible, but you can use the returns process for return with ease.

Our packaging is made using recycled materials and kept minimal and considered. Wherever possible, it is designed to be reused — including as a return wrapping bag if a return is needed — while still ensuring products arrive safely.

EchoByJMG is created by the family behind JM GROUP LIMITED — a knitwear specialist with over 80 years of experience since 1946.

For three generations, our family has produced knitwear for international fashion brands. EchoByJMG was born from that expertise: a way to transform premium leftover yarns into our own collection of meaningful products, made with the same care, quality, and craftsmanship trusted by global clients.

Many of our yarns began as part of luxury and high-street fashion production; and the leftover from production then turned to waster. Instead of being unused and forgotten, they continue their story through EchoByJMG — reborn as cushions, blankets, bags, and accessories.

It is also an echo of heritage: carrying forward generations of knitwear knowledge into something fresh, modern, and purposeful.

We create limited-edition pieces using carefully selected leftover yarns from luxury and high-street production — giving exceptional materials a renewed purpose instead of letting them go to waste. Behind every item is over 80 years of knitwear knowledge through our family business, JM Group, established in 1946.

The result is not mass-produced homeware, but characterful pieces made in small quantities with quality, comfort, and meaning woven into every stitch.

Many EchoByJMG pieces are created in small quantities using carefully selected leftover premium yarns available in limited amounts.

Once that yarn is used, the same design or colour may not be repeated. This means each collection is naturally limited — making every piece more unique, thoughtful, and special.

Some items may return in a new colourway or updated design, but once sold-out it will not be restocked exactly the same.

Because our collections depend on yarn availability, once a style is gone, it is often gone for good. If a piece speaks to you, it may be best to make it yours while it’s available.

Our products are made in our own family-run knitwear factory in China. The factory is owned and long-term managed by our parent company, JM Group Limited — a family business founded in 1946 and headquartered in Hong Kong. For generations, we have worked with international fashion and retail brands, developing deep expertise in yarns, knitting techniques, product development, and quality. EchoByJMG is a natural extension of that heritage.

This gives us direct oversight across craftsmanship, quality control, and responsible production, while drawing on the specialised skills and technical expertise required to create premium knitted products.

Yes! We believe beautiful products should be made responsibly.

Our production is supported by recognised standards and ongoing accountability. We work in line with BSCI social compliance principles, helping promote fair working conditions and responsible manufacturing practices.

We also work with certified material standards including OCS (Organic Content Standard) and RCS (Recycled Claim Standard) where applicable, supporting greater transparency and traceability in our supply chain.

No, our covers are sold without inners so you can choose your preferred filling and firmness.

Washing instructions varied from materials. Care instructions are clearly stated on each product label. Please refer to product care label for washing guidelines.

With machine washable knitted items, we do advise to put them in washing bags wherever possible. this is to avoid rubbing against other clothing in the wash.

Our leftover yarns are premium unused yarns remaining from previous production runs for fashion brands and knitwear collections.

These are not waste materials or used fibres — they are high-quality yarns that were never worn or used, simply left in limited quantities. We carefully select and transform them into beautiful new pieces with renewed purpose. They are pristine yarns that deserve a second life.

Many of the yarns we use were originally produced for premium fashion and retail brands, including natural and high-grade fibres such as cotton, wool, and specialist blends. The only reason they remain is quantity, not quality.

Every EchoByJMG product is chosen, knitted, and finished to meet our own high standards.

Because many of our collections are made from limited yarn quantities, some colours and designs are only available in small runs.

Once a yarn is fully used, we may not be able to source the exact same shade again. That means many pieces are naturally limited edition — making each one more special. This is why our pieces are made in small and numbered editions.

We do our best to display colours as accurately as possible through photography and screen settings.

However, slight differences may occur depending on lighting, device screens, and the natural character of yarn blends.

EchoByJMG pieces are thoughtful gifts with beauty, comfort, and meaning behind them.

All of our collections are made in limited quantities using premium leftover yarns, making each gift feel more personal and unique.

No printed prices are included the order.

This means your recipient can enjoy the surprise without seeing purchase value. Order confirmations and receipts are sent digitally to the purchaser.

Orders include beautiful in-house design tissue paper packaging; package also includes our little surprise gift on each purchase.
